sql server in linux

Hi!
Is there any way to create sql server database in linux (currently: ubuntu 9.04)? I prefer applications with gui, so is there any please tell me about them Smiley

But I think all of them is for the MySql databases, but I want Microsoft Sql Server

Oh sorry...I totally missed that one.  Embarrassed

I don't think nor found a MS SQL version for linux (and I believe that there will never be one...since this wouldn't make sense). Though, you could try running it with WINE/CrossOver.

Edit: If you just wanna connect to a MS SQL Server, try this http://www.aquafold.com or this http://squirrel-sql.sourceforge.net
