Allow e-mail addresses in e-mail address fields

The e-mail address validation parser in YABB's User Control Panel is broken.

It's bad enough that I can't input username+gotmono.com@gmail.com (note the + symbol), but the stupid parser won't allow @ symbols so I can't even input username@gmail.com

E-mail addresses need @ symbols. Please fix. While you're fixing it, please add + symbols, they're equally valid.
